Terms and Conditions - Elias Education Limited

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of educational consultancy services by Elias Education Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“you”, “your”). By enrolling in or purchasing any service from Elias Education Limited, including but not limited to admissions consultations, LNAT preparation, personal statement analysis, and mock interviews (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

1.1 Elias Education Limited provides professional guidance, consultation, and support for university applications, including but not limited to:

  • Admissions consultations covering careers, course selection, and university choice;

  • Personal statement analysis and planning;

  • Tiered pathways comprising combinations of admissions consultations, application support, academic mentoring, and advice line access.

1.2 The specific content and scope of each Service shall be as described on our website, promotional materials, or in written communications provided to the client.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Services are available to pupils in Year 12 and 13, or as otherwise specified by Elias Education Limited.
2.2 The client must ensure that pupils participate actively and provide all required information, documents, and drafts as requested.

3. Fees, Payment, and Non-Transferability

3.1 Payment for all Services is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Elias Education Limited.
3.2 All fees are non-transferable between services, packages, or individuals.
3.3 Payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in these Terms, or where a specific Service includes a guarantee.

4. Scheduling and Delivery

4.1 Services will be delivered as agreed between the client and Elias Education Limited.
4.2 Consultations, mentoring sessions, and application support will normally be conducted online unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Missed or cancelled sessions without at least 48 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded, unless at our sole discretion.

5. Written Materials, Feedback, and Advice

5.1 Any written materials, plans, feedback, or resources provided by Elias Education Limited are for the pupil’s personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.
5.2 Personal statement feedback and planning is provided in accordance with the limits specified for each Service.
5.3 Advice line services are provided within the agreed response timeframe and are intended for guidance only. They do not replace scheduled sessions or comprehensive consultation.

6. Unlimited Services

6.1 Services described as including “unlimited” features are provided for a reasonable number of uses during the term of service or until the end point specified in promotional materials or communications is reached. For example, “unlimited personal statement analysis” is generally provided for no more than five iterations per draft, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 Elias Education Limited shall determine whether use of an “unlimited” feature is unreasonable, acting reasonably and in good faith.
6.3 Where use of an “unlimited” feature is deemed unreasonable, Elias Education Limited shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation to provide that feature, and all other terms of the agreement shall remain in force.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

7.1 We guarantee that all consultations, written feedback, and advisory services will be delivered to a professional standard by suitably qualified and experienced advisors.
7.2 We guarantee that services will be delivered within agreed timeframes, or you will be informed promptly of any necessary adjustments.
7.3 If you believe that the service delivered does not meet the standard promised, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the concern in good faith.
7.4 Where we agree that the service did not meet the standards set out above, we will either:

  • Re-deliver the service at no additional cost; or

  • Provide a credit toward another Elias Education service.

Refunds are at our sole discretion.

7.5 This Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to the quality of service delivery. It does not and cannot extend to admissions outcomes, which remain entirely at the discretion of universities.

8. Client Responsibilities

8.1 The client must ensure pupils provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
8.2 The client is responsible for ensuring their child attends scheduled sessions, completes assigned tasks, and complies with agreed timelines.
8.3 Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in termination of services without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Elias Education Limited provides guidance and support in good faith. However, we cannot and do not guarantee admission to any university, course, or programme.
9.2 All information and advice provided is intended as guidance only. Your use of such information is at your own risk.
9.3 Our liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the fees paid for the relevant Service.
9.4 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including (without limitation) lost opportunities, loss of profits, or anticipated savings.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

10.1 All personal information and communications will be treated in confidence and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
10.2 Sessions may not be recorded without prior written consent from Elias Education Limited.

11. Termination

11.1 Elias Education Limited reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • The pupil persistently fails to engage;

  • The client or pupil behaves inappropriately; or

  • Fees remain unpaid.

11.2 Termination under this clause does not entitle the client to a refund unless expressly stated.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 No variation of these Terms shall be effective unless agreed in writing by Elias Education Limited.
13.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Elias Education Limited may update these Terms from time to time; the version available on our website at the time of booking shall apply.
